TMK was a visionary artist who created art in any medium he could get his hands on. Inspired heavily by Max Ernst and the Dada movement, his bizarre, clever, and gorgeous pieces never fail to evoke emotion. His pieces are rarely for sale, but a limited selection are available to view below.
Le Fossile
A striking acrylic painting, inspired by a bizarre fossil featured in a New York Times article. The artist copied the fossil exactly, bringing him to life with color to create a creepy yet friendly little guy.
Escoffier's Nightmare
A creepy collage, picturing a young chef who has spilled dozens of eggs in the kitchen. Staff turn to look at the mess, revealing they are all birds, adding a disturbing nuance to his attempt to abscond with a large number of their young. The title is a reference to the french chef, and part of TMK’s Traume series.
Pictured here as a wheatpaste on the streets of London, with TMK’s signature “certified authentic” stamp in the bottom right.
